:: sharpen with edge mask ::

I find this photoshop tutorial very helpful (PS3)
Steps >
– layer > duplicate layer (Ctrl J)
– layer > layer mask > reveal all
– select layer mask > Image > apply image
– unlock layer mask from the layer
– Filter > stylize > find edges
– Image > adjustments > invert ( Ctrl I)
– click on layer thumbnail
– Filter > sharpen > smart sharpen

extras
– add vintage
– reduce saturation

That's all!!!
